Training starts with an honest look at your mechanics, not just your goals. I do assessments and custom build your plan around what your body actually needs, factoring in your sport, your history, your mechanics, and especially where you tend to compensate.

My Approach

Movement First, Always.

We build from the ground up together. Every program starts with how an athlete moves. Correcting mechanics, assessing mobility, and building neuromuscular control comes before adding load or intensity.

Built to Last.

Performance today means nothing if it costs you longevity in your sport. I coach for the long game, so you're not just strong this season. You're still competing, and still healthy, years from now. That means prioritizing recovery, mobility, and injury prevention so athletes don’t just get strong, they stay strong.
