Four 45-minute assisted stretch sessions for returning clients who have already completed an Intro Stretch session.
Each appointment provides additional time for a more individualized stretch session, allowing greater attention to specific areas of restriction, mobility needs, and recovery goals. Each session includes 5 minutes of massage gun work within the scheduled 45 minutes.
